Lecturer, Writing Program

Preferred qualifications:

• Four years teaching university-level composition or other writing intensive courses as the instructor of record;

• Experience working with students from diverse cultural and language backgrounds;

• Experience in any of the following areas: WID/WAC, Writing Centers, TESOL, creative writing, or humanities scholarship.

Minimum qualifications:

• Two years teaching university-level composition or other writing intensive courses as the instructor of record; due to Chinese visa regulations, these two years must constitute 24 months of full-time teaching which come after receipt of the degree.

• PhD, EdD, or terminal degree (ex. MFA).
