Position Summary:

Soliant Education is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated ELL (English Language Learner) Teacher in Forest Park, Illinois. This full-time, contracted role is designed for an educator who is passionate about supporting students in their language acquisition and academic success.

Essential Duties:

• Curriculum Design: Develop and implement a tailored ELL curriculum that meets the unique needs of diverse learners.
• Instructional Delivery: Provide engaging lessons focused on improving students reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student performance and provide timely feedback to help them advance their language skills.
• Supportive Environment: Cultivate a weling classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and cultural exchange.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for ELL students.
• Ongoing Development: Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ELL instruction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification: Valid teaching certification (or eligibility) in the state of Illinois.
• Experience: Prior experience working with ELL students is preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and munication skills, with a focus on fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
