What Youll Do:

• Teach engaging, interactive virtual ESL lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
• Create customized lesson plans to meet individual students needs.
• Track and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and school staff to ensure students success in their language learning journey.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in education, TESOL, ESL, or related field.
• Massachusetts Teaching License with an ESL endorsement.
• Experience teaching ESL students, either in a classroom or online setting.
• Strong familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms.
• Excellent munication skills and a passion for fostering language development in students.
