VocoVision is seeking passionate and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers to provide high-quality virtual instruction to students in Massachusetts. Must be licensed in Massachusetts!

Position Overview:

• Full-time or part-time availability
• 1099 contract position
• Flexible caseload based on your schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive virtual lessons to ESL students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans that meet students language learning needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in education, TESOL, ESL, or related field.
• Massachusetts State Teaching License with ESL endorsement.
• Prior experience teaching ESL students in a classroom or virtual setting.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
• Strong munication skills and the ability to engage students in a virtual classroom environment.
