Job Title: Remote Teacher with ESL Certification / ESL Teacher
Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Massachusetts)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Remote Teacher with ESL Certification (or an ESL Teacher) to join our team and make a positive impact on students academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Assess Student Language Proficiency
• Support Language Development Across the Curriculum
• Individualized and Small Group Instruction
• Collaborate with Other Educators and Staff
• Support Students' Social and Emotional Growth

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Teacher with ESL/ ESOL certificationin the state of Massachusetts.
• ESL certification (e.g., TESOL, ESL Endorsement) or similar
• Experience working with diverse learners, including students with disabilities and English Language Learners.
• Familiarity with remote teaching platforms and digital tools for education.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple students needs in a virtual environment.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ESL teaching.
• Familiarity with adaptive technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic diversity of students.
