Responsibilities:

• Provide English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to students in a K-12 setting.
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to support language development.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate ESL strategies into the general curriculum.
• Assess students' language proficiency and track their progress.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and effective learning environment for ESL students.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Teaching License.
• ESL Endorsement required.
• Experience in teaching ESL preferred, but willing to consider new graduates with the appropriate credentials.
• Passion for helping students achieve success in learning English as a second language.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 ESL students.
• Hours per Week: 25 hours per week, with potential for full-time.
