Middle School ELL Teacher Needed Near Melrose, MA

Soliant is assisting a school district near Melrose, MA, in hiring a full-time English Language Learner (ELL) Teacher for middle school students in grades 6-8. This position is ideal for a bilingual Spanish/English educator passionate about supporting language acquisition and student success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction in English language development to ELL students in grades 6-8
• Develop lesson plans that support language acquisition and align with state standards
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to enhance ELL programming
• Maintain munication with parents and participate in school meetings as required

Qualifications:

• Valid ELL or ESL teaching license in Massachusetts
• Bachelors degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Experience with middle school students is preferred
