We”re seeking a dedicated and innovative ESL Teacher to join our team. In your role, you'll:

• Craft engaging lessons aligned with school and state standards to enhance ELL students' language skills.
  
• Offer personalized support through individual and small-group instruction.
  
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to incorporate effective language strategies across all subjects.
  
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters participation and growth.
  
• Establish clear behavioral expectations to maintain a structured and positive learning space.
  
• Evaluate student progress regularly and adapt instructional approaches to meet evolving needs.
  

Requirements

1. An Illinois PEL with an ESL endorsement is required.
   
2. Proven experience as an ESL Teacher or in a related position.
   
3. A strong ability to connect with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
   
4. A bachelor”s degree from an accredited institution (Master”s degree in TESOL or a related field preferred).
