Virtual English Language Learner (ELL) / ESL Teacher

Virtual/Remote - Based in Massachusetts

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Virtual English Language Learner (ELL) / ESL Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching English language skills to diverse learners, possess strong munication skills, and demonstrate a mitment to student success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive virtual English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Develop and implement effective instructional strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of English language learners.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
• Provide timely feedback and assessment to students to monitor progress and address learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and instructional support staff to enhance curriculum development and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, TESOL, ESL, or related field.
• Valid teaching certification/license in MA (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Previous experience teaching English language learners preferred.
• Strong understanding of language acquisition principles and ESL teaching methodologies.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
