Job Summary
English as a Second Language classes are generally conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the evenings with some classes in the mornings. Classes are offered at the Hackensack/Metropolitan Campus and Dover, Elizabeth, and Perth Amboy off-sites. Instructors will teach 9 hours per week per class during FDU”s academic semesters.

Required Qualifications
Master”s degree required. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years relevant ESL teaching experience. Bilingual Spanish/English language skills are required. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
