Position Overview
Antares Denver is part of the Antares/Internexus network of schools providing Intensive English programs. We provide students with experiences in academic settings while striving to give students experience in the social settings that make an English education complete. Our goal is to ensure that our students flourish in not only the important realm of academics, but also increase their professional and social skills. Our program is designed to focus on the core of English language instruction, as well as culture, customs, and the complexity of modern communication!
Antares Denver is seeking dedicated and passionate English language instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant teaching experience and a strong commitment to enhancing the language skills of our diverse student body. This position requires in-person instruction at our campuses.

Successful instructors
- Are well-prepared for all classes, implementing the Internexus/Antares curriculum
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction. - Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning.
- Keep accurate records, i.e., student attendance, grades, and lesson plans
- Are aware of and adhere to all school policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language instruction.
- Attend instructor meetings, and participate in Living Language Labs and other Center activities
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor”s degree from an accredited institution with TESL certification
- Preferred: Bachelor”s degree in Linguistics, TEFL, ESL, or related field from an accredited institution;
- Strongly preferred: Master”s degree in TESOL, TEFL, Linguistics, Language Education or a closely related field.
Experience
- Preferred: Two years of ESL or FL teaching adults
