ESL Teacher

Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends or holidays
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our elementary school team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping students from diverse backgrounds achieve language proficiency and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging ESL lesson plans tailored to the needs of elementary school students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field.
- NC Teaching certification or ESL endorsement preferred.
- Experience working with elementary school students.
- Spanish-speaking ability preferred but not required
