POSITION: Adult Education Literacy ESL Instructor AM (PT-Day Shift)
SITE/BUILDING: Various Locations (Suffolk County, NY)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a supportive and positive learning environment, with high expectations for all students
- Prepare and deliver highly effective lesson plans in line with culturally responsive teaching practices
- Develop a classroom culture for learning through rich instruction, equitable practices, and positive relationships
START DATE: As soon as possible
SALARY: $42.49/hour
Job Qualifications
- NYS Teacher Certification
- Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
