As our team continues to grow, Yorkshire College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Studies for our Leeds campus. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional teacher looking to expand their skills and advance their career with an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the academic department and ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching
• Develop and implement academic policies and curricula
• Support and mentor teaching staff, promoting professional development
• Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student progress
• Coordinate teacher schedules and manage course timetables
• Maintain and enhance academic resources and materials
• Liaise with the Centre Manager/Academic Manager to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Diploma level qualification (DELTA/Trinity TESOL Diploma and/or MA TESOL with a substantial element of observed teaching practice)
• At least two years of previous managerial experience
• Minimum of two years' full-time teaching experience
• Proficiency in IT and experience with educational technology
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
