College Lecturers Needed for September Start - Roles Available Across South Wales
We are seeking experienced College Lecturers to join our team in South Wales starting in September. You will play a crucial role in teaching and guiding students in a range of subject areas, including:
Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
The Arts
Humanities
Science
Business, Economics, and Politics
Engineering and Mechanics
Social Sciences
Mathematics
Computer Science and ICT
ESOL/TEFL
Trades (Construction, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, Painting and Decorating, Hair and Beauty, etc.)
Independent Living Skills
Essential Skills
Work Skills
As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering the full curriculum for your subject area up to Level 3. This may include working with students with Additional Learning Needs and challenging behaviour. Your duties will include planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to help students achieve professional qualifications in their field. You will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring students' progress to ensure high standards are met. Working closely with your line manager, you will offer support and guidance to students on their journey to obtaining their qualification.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience teaching in a Further Education (FE) environment and hold a recognised teaching qualification, such as DTLLS, PCET, PGCE, or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Education (A PTLLS or CTLLS).
A minimum of 6 months of referenceable experience is essential, and you must have a valid DBS on the update service, or be willing to obtain one (we can assist with this).
