We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a welcoming ESN (Emotional and Social Needs) school in Putnoe, Bedford. Position Details:

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) with Behaviour Experience
Location: Putnoe, Bedford
Salary: £90 per day
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

Behaviour Support: Work closely with students to manage and support their behavioural needs, implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour.
Individualized Learning: Provide one-on-one and small group support tailored to the individual needs of students, helping them engage with the curriculum.
Consistency: Maintain a stable and supportive presence, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for students to thrive.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed to meet their evolving needs.Requirements:

Behaviour Expertise: Significant experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours, particularly in an SEN setting.
Passion for SEN: A strong commitment to working with students with emotional and social needs, with a focus on creating positive outcomes.
Experience: Previous experience in an SEN educational environment is highly desirable, with a proven track record of effective behaviour management.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
