SEN Teaching Assistant with Behaviour Experience in Luton
Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in managing challenging behaviours? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a supportive and welcoming ESN (Emotional and Social Needs) school in the Luton area. Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) with Behaviour Experience
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: £90 per day
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Contract Type: Long-term, with potential for a permanent role after a successful trial period

Consistency: Maintain a stable and supportive presence, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for students to thrive.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed to meet their evolving needs.
Requirements:
Behaviour Expertise: Significant experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours, particularly in an SEN setting.
Passion for SEN: A strong commitment to working with students with emotional and social needs, with a focus on creating positive outcomes.
Experience: Previous experience in an SEN educational environment is highly desirable, with a proven track record of effective behaviour management.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Proactive Approach: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
