Global Concepts Charter School is seeking ESL Teacher for the 23-24 school year.

Essential Functions:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in push-in and pull-out settings.
- Communicate with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional activities.
- Develop lesson plans for push-in and pull-out classes.
- Create and display clear objectives for all pull-out classes.
- Modify classroom instruction to support the needs of students at varying stages of language development.
- Observe, track, and evaluate student performance.
- Prepare required reports on students and activities such as parent-teacher conferences.
- Manage student behavior and maintain discipline using CHAMPS Behavior Management Program.
- Regularly participate in grade level, ENL, and school meetings.
- Foster and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians.
- Update records accurately and completely according to district policy.
- Perform tasks and responsibilities as assigned by administrators.
