- The Virtual English Language Educator Program offers experienced U.S. ESL/EFL professionals paid part-time virtual assignments at universities and other institutions worldwide.
- Virtual English Language Educator projects focus on training pre-service teachers, teaching university students or adult professionals, and building English language capacity in local communities.
- Virtual Educators are citizen ambassadors who promote mutual understanding through English language learning and cultural exchange.
- The Virtual Educator Program provides professionals with a platform to build skills that can greatly enhance their TESOL careers without leaving home.
Who are we looking for? ESL/EFL educators with:
- Five years of experience in education, including at least three years in ESL/EFL classrooms
- A graduate degree, preferably in TESOL or a related field
- Online teaching experience (preferred)
- Personal qualities of flexibility, resourcefulness, and cultural adaptability
- U.S. citizenship
Program benefits:
- Stipend ($35 per contact hour)
- Compensation for pre-project planning and pre-lesson prep, commensurate with the scope of the project
