Qualifications: Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Qualified applicants will hold the appropriate valid teacher certification and endorsements for the subject and grade level to be taught.
- ESL supplement required
- Montessori certification preferred (AMS or AMI credentialed Early Childhood, 3-6 year of age level and/or Lower Elementary 6-9 age level)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of Montessori instructional techniques and curriculum
- General knowledge of Montessori philosophy and classroom structures
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
