Our 2024 Summer School Program is looking for Excellent Teachers

Summer School Site Director WMS: (Must have 092)

Time: 8:00-1:00 p.m. - four days a week (Mon-Thurs)

July 1, 2024 - July 31, 2024 (tentative) +tentatively two week's time before summer school to gather data, plan, and communicate with parents.

• 5 hours a day X 4 days = 20 hours a week
• 6 weeks

Responsibilities May Included:

• Collect and analyze end of year school data
• Meet and get input from Reading teachers, Math Specialist, TESOL Support Personnel, and Administration to create groups
• Communicate with parents about the program
• Create a data sheet for each student
• Collect teacher data on a weekly basis to share with families
• Create an end of summer school report on the progress of each student that will be shared with parents and next year's teachers
• Handle any administrative issues or concerns

Qualified Candidates must have a valid, appropriate CT Certification (092).
