Harvest English Institute is hiring dynamic ESL Instructors to join our team in Orlando, Florida!

This is a part-time/full-time position to teach IN-PERSON at one of our language centers. Morning and Evening hours are available.

Job responsibilities include:

• Ensure the classroom environment is welcoming and conducive to learning
  
• Develop and deliver lesson plans each week
  
• Administer student assessments
  
• Mark student attendance daily
  
• Participate in professional development
  
• Model appropriate English communication with students
  
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and follow Staff/Faculty Handbook
  
• Other duties as assigned related to the position
  

Minimum Qualification requirements:

• B.A. in any field from a regionally accredited institution
  
• TEFL/TESOL/ESL etc. certificate from an accredited program if the degree is not in TEFL/TESOL/ESL etc or currently pursuing a degree in said field.
  

Preferred:

• 1 + years of teaching experience
  
• M.A. in Education, English, Linguistics, or TESOL
  

Pay is dependent on experience and degree. Range from $18 - $22+ hour

*A minimum time commitment is required in order to receive the hiring bonus.
