Role: School Administrator
Rate of pay: £400 - £500 P/W
Location: West Midlands - Birmingham
Length: Long Term Full Term - Immediate start available
Please note that this is a Temp-Perm role initially starting on a 12 Week temporary basis
**About the role**
A School Administrator plays the first line of contact for Teachers, Visitors and Parents alike during the school day. You will be responsible for providing dedicated support to the School Business Manager and Teachers with any administrative tasks they need completing during the busy school day. This includes the upkeep and maintenance of staff/student files, assisting with HR, booking appointments, contractual changes, processing paperwork, general admin and monitoring staff/student absences.

**Role Requirements**
Proven Administrative experience working in an Educational setting
Able to provide previous 2 years' worth of referencing
Experience of using SIMs (School Information Management System) is essential to be considered for this role
Strong Communication and ability to work independently
Previous experience dealing work HR Administration tasks would be desirable
A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the school
Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
