Adult ESL Intervention Specialist
Following robust training that includes TEFL Certification from an accredited institution, MEMBERS serving as Adult ESL Intervention Specialist (AEIS) address lack of English language proficiency in the communities we serve to improve job readiness and social engagement, to increase access to resources, education and tools for surmounting existential challenges and enhancing opportunities for success. Member Duties : DUTIES --Outreach in ASPIRE communities. --Assess the needs of learners within a cultural and social context. --Develop appropriate curriculum based on assessment and needs. --Use a number of teaching and learning strategies to meet learners' needs. --Use effective skills and technology, where appropriate, to encourage lifelong learning. --Maintain regular and accurate records.
