Bucksmore provides academic short courses to students aged 10-18 through both summer programmes and year-round Home Tuition courses. With over 40 years of experience to perfect and improve the quality of our prestigious programmes, we are proud of the academic short courses we offer. It is our goal for each one of our courses to be the best course that our students have ever attended, and our students from all parts of the world have studied at the home of one or more of our qualified and friendly teachers. We are British Council accredited for our courses, teaching and operations and we are a member of English UK association of language schools.

As a Home Tuition Teacher you will host and teach students of all levels and ages in your own home throughout the year. You will deliver unique and tailored courses for every student. All aspects of the course - from lessons and skills, to leisure time and even cultural visits - can be customised according to the student's needs and learning objectives.

We offer a range of courses, from EFL, English for Work, Exam Preparation courses and subject-specific courses. Home Tuition doesn't just focus on English teaching - we also require teachers that can teach school subject courses (maths, science, GCSEs & A Levels) as well as teachers that have specialised English experience (Business, Finance, Law, Medical, Aviation & Sales). Teachers from all UK locations are required, however good transport links for international students are more desirable.
