We are looking for a Teaching Assistant for classroom support in a Bradford based Primary school. The school is seeking a dedicated individual, focused on raising attainment within the classroom and creating lasting relationships with staff and parents as well as learners.

• Working with small groups of learners
• 1:1 SEN support (no experience necessary)
• Fantastic experience for aspiring Primary Teacher
• Be a positive role model
• Actively build relationships with pupils and staff

We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who:

• Has previous experience and a passion for working with children
• Has excellent communication skills, patience and resilience
• Can manage challenging behaviour and complex learning difficulties

What the role can offer:

• Earn up to £500 a week! We pay all our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, so your rate will be equal to that of a permanent employee
• Develop your knowledge of the national curriculum. We provide ongoing support and guidance from your own dedicated Engage consultant to assist your development including a wide range of continued professional development (CPD) training sessions. These are completely free to attend and you will be invited to these.
• £150 referral bonus for each of your friends you refer to us when they work 10 days or more.

• Experience working in a range of scenarios, with children from a multitude of backgrounds and circumstances including SEN support, ESL (English as Second Language), challenging behaviour support and intervention support.
