Lecturer in ESOL - Full-time, Permanent.

You will assist in delivering high quality teaching and academic support that enables learners to reach their potential. You will cover programmes across ESOL (English for Speakers of other Languages) and English Functional Skills, contributing towards the ongoing development of the ESOL Plus curriculum, and the provision of ESOL.

You will develop ways of working that are responsive to learners' needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice. A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction, giving effective guidance and helping them make the most of their futures. This is an opportunity for a passionate individual who wishes to work in a truly stimulating and rewarding environment.

We are looking for someone with an ESOL Subject Specialist qualification with proven experience of teaching ESOL and/ or EFL across a range of levels. You must be able to deliver creative and innovative teaching which inspires and engages all learners.
