If you are passionate about building positive relationships with pupils and changing their outcomes, apply today to be considered for this role!

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be robust, resilient and take pride in helping students who find school life challenging.

  • Be a flexible and positive individual and have a 'can do' attitude, showing commitment to personal development and ongoing professional development.

  • Be dedicated to the safeguarding and protection of children, relating well with them and building strong relationships.

  • Be committed to supporting children with SEN/SEMH needs, demonstrating patience, empathy and nurture when supporting children in a one-to-one capacity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with small groups of pupils and delivering one-to-one support to help pupils with complex SEN/SEMH needs to access their education.

  • Follow schools policies and procedures, maintaining an acute awareness of safeguarding and implementing structured access plans by collaborating with the classroom teacher and other education professionals.

  • Providing general support in learning activities and managing/maintaining a calm, friendly and enthused learning environment in which pupils can thrive.

What Engage can offer you:

We are now searching for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to support the development and progress of the pupils - could this be you?

  • Earn up to £500 a week! We pay all our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, so your rate will be equal to that of a permanent employee.

  • Develop your knowledge of the national curriculum. We provide ongoing support and guidance from your own dedicated Engage consultant to assist your development including a wide range of continued professional development (CPD) training sessions. These are completely free to attend and you will be invited to these.
