Be committed to supporting children with SEN/SEMH needs, demonstrating patience, empathy and nurture when supporting children in a one-to-one capacity.
Your responsibilities will include:

Working with small groups of pupils and delivering one-to-one support to help pupils with complex SEN/SEMH needs to access their education.

Follow schools policies and procedures, maintaining an acute awareness of safeguarding and implementing structured access plans by collaborating with the classroom teacher and other education professionals.

Providing general support in learning activities and managing/maintaining a calm, friendly and enthused learning environment in which pupils can thrive.

Earn up to £500 a week! We pay all our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, so your rate will be equal to that of a permanent employee.

Develop your knowledge of the national curriculum. We provide ongoing support and guidance from your own dedicated Engage consultant to assist your development including a wide range of continued professional development (CPD) training sessions. These are completely free to attend and you will be invited to these.

Experience working in a range of scenarios, with children from a multitude of backgrounds and circumstances including SEN support, ESL (English as Second Language), challenging behaviour support and intervention support.
