Reporting to the relevant course coordinator, you will prepare and teach English for Academic Purposes on programmes offered by the English Language Programmes Division, part of the Academic and Student Support Services Department. You will have excellent teaching skills and significant, recent classroom experience of teaching EFL to groups. You will have experience of EFL materials development and a background in EAP or ESP. It would be an advantage for you to have a sound understanding of the workload and academic standards required to study at HE level, as well as an understanding of the issues facing international university students.
This post is part-time (variable hours), open-ended and available immediately
Minimum Working Hours: 200 hours per year
Salary: £28,762 - £33,314 per annum, pro-rata for hours worked (Grade 5).
