Twenty 4 Seven Education are currently recruiting for a EFL Teacher tha can speak Arabic and holds a English degree (studied in the UK) to provide class support and teach English to students who are new to English ( phonics knowledge as well as be able to teach GCSE English language and literature to small groups).
The school is based in Harrow, London and the students consistently make outstanding progress and consistently perform the highest nationally for both GCSE and A Level. However, this academic excellence is paralleled by their r equal commitment to develop the personality, talents and abilities of all students.
Ofsted, when they visited in 2013, picked up immediately on the palpable sense of inclusion, nurturing and rigour at the school when they acknowledged in the very first line of the report - "Students thrive in this school." Again in 2018, they confirmed that, "Pupils say they feel part of a harmonious community".
The role is to start ASAP and is 2 days per week until 16:30. For the right person this will be a long term positions. Rate is £90-105 per day. There are excellent transport links to the school and also onsite parking.
Essential requirements:
Ideally an English Graduate or very strong in English Literature and/or Language.
Fluent in Arabic
Experience supporting in either a EFL/EAL/ESOL capacity
A nurturing demeanour
A caring and professional manner.
Must have legal right to work in the UK.
