Help students flourish at college by enhancing their language skills.

Its a chance to work with a diverse mix of mature students with English as a second language. Well look to you to develop learning plans for individual learners, and monitor progress, attendance, and punctuality. A confident team player, youll also undertake administration to ensure the smooth running of your course and collaborate with colleagues on the preparation of course materials.

Youll come to us with a recognised ESOL qualification, such as CELTA or Trinity TESOL, together with a proven track record of developing the ESOL curriculum. A teaching qualification such as the CTLLS (CET), Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLS (DET) would be desirable. Naturally, youll have a commitment to diversity and equality of opportunity with a sympathetic and flexible approach to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
