What will the role of an EAL Teaching Assistant entail?

Youll be working across EYFS, KS1 & KS2

Supporting children with English as an additional language

Working with children who suffer with speech & languages difficulties

Focus on reading, speaking, writing & spelling

Youll be given an abundance of training where needed, while also every opportunity to progress within the Primary School from the get-go!

EAL Teaching Assistant

Carrying out 1:1 & group interventions EYFS, KS1 & KS2

Supporting children with English as an additional language

Working with children who suffer with speech & languages difficulties

Focus on reading, speaking, writing & spelling

September 2022 Full Time & Long Term

£80- £100 per day

Located in the Borough ofWestminster

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Must have aUKDegree from a reputable University

Good Academics across the board

TEFL or CELTA qualification with previoustutoring/teaching experience ideal!

Must be confident whensupporting pupils

Understanding of a range of backgrounds
