Person Specification - English Teacher

• Qualified English Teacher - UK QTS a MUST
• 1st Class or 2:1 English Degree required!
• Strong academic background & excellent subject knowledge required
• Ability or desire to teach across KS3 & 4
• Someone passionate about English Language & Literature
• Graded Outstanding in recent lesson observations
