The Language Center (LC) at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI), Morocco, invites applications for the following position:

English as a Foreign Language

Candidates for the position of Lecturer in the Language Center should have an M.A. in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field with a TESOL certificate, have experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language at all levels. The ability to also teach English composition and rhetoric to First Year students at the college level will be a strong plus.

English is the language of instruction at AUI. All candidates must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English. In addition, all candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and well-developed interpersonal skills with previous success in working effectively in diverse interdisciplinary, multinational and collegial teams. Prior experience and familiarity with the American-style liberal arts system will be a strong plus.
