TYPE OF POSITION: Paraprofessional - ESL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * One of the following: * High school diploma or equivalency and Passing score on Praxis Para Pro Test * Associate's Degree or 48 hrs. of approved college coursework * Must pass the JPS ESL Test (Contact Maria.Marroquin@jppss.k12.la.us to schedule test) * 18 years of age or older for employment in elementary and middle schools * 21 years of age or older for employment in high schools LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 183 Days
