Instructor

Pittsburg State University is accepting applications for a position as an Instructor in the Intensive English Program. Teaching responsibilities include eighteen to twenty hours per week with additional program responsibilities including office hours, conferencing, extracurricular activities, materials preparation, departmental committee work, record-keeping, assistance with evaluation, assessment and placement of students, and assistance with special projects. Applicants must have a master’s degree in TESL or related field, experience teaching in an intensive English program in a U.S. institution of higher education, and fluency in English.
