Job Role
Protocol is working with a further education in west London to recruit their Curriculum Manager (ESOL).

As one of two Curriculum Managers you would primarily be responsible for the School's adult ESOL, Functional Maths, Job Centre Plus and other commercial courses. You would also manage a team of lecturers, share cross-School responsibilities with other Curriculum Managers, and teach on a range of programmes.

The person & qualifications
An English Language Teaching qualification (e.g. CELTA, DELTA, Dip TESOL, MA ELT)
An advanced level teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (PGCE, DET or equivalent).
Experience in delivering ESOL courses
Good leadership skills, with experience of supervising a team in Further Education or a similar setting
A background of working closely with external partners and/or of delivering full cost/ commercial courses (desirable)
