The Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (Fulbright Taiwan) is one of the 60+ bi-national/bilateral organizations in the world established specifically to administer the Fulbright educational exchange program outside the U.S. Over the past 60 years, the Foundation has financed over 1,600 Taiwan Fulbright grantees to the U.S. and more than 1,600 U.S. Fulbright grantees coming to Taiwan.
