Spring International Language Center (SILC), at the University of Arkansas' IEP and TEFL Certificate Program are accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) and SILC is a member in good standing of EnglishUSA: American Association of Intensive English Programs. CEA is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit post secondary English language programs and institutions in the United States. Accreditation by CEA demonstrates that an English language program or institution has met nationally accepted standards of excellence and assures students and their sponsors that the Program's English language courses, its TEFL Certificate instruction, and related student services will be of the highest quality.
